The apartment was conveniently located near the ski bus stop and within walking distance of the center. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a spacious, well-appointed bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the sauna area was well-maintained. The host was friendly and provided helpful tips for our stay.

The checking-out time could be improved, as it was quite early at 10:00 am.

At Chalet Schneekristall, the staff helped me find great dining places. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. I love the express check-in, ski storage, billiard tables, hiking, fishing. In-room breakfast, Turkish bath, solarium, sauna, cots. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Xmas.

The owner, Evelyn, was incredibly helpful and made our trip to Lech unforgettable. She assisted us with all our arrangements, from ski school to dinner reservations, and even organized fresh bread delivery each morning. The location of the chalet was perfect, with easy access to the ski bus and only a short distance from the gondola. The rooms were clean, bright, and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem in Lech. highly recommended!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and convenient early check-in. The sauna area was hot enough and the fresh bread delivery in the morning was a nice touch. The view of the mountains was spectacular. The location was a bit of a walk to the lifts, but there was a ski bus available.

The ski pistes were not as long or of the same quality as other areas like the 3 Vallees. However, the atmosphere in Lech was cozy and the service in the hotel, bars, and restaurants was excellent, giving a true holiday feeling.
